We want you to love every Skin Soil product. If something isn't right, here's how we'll fix it.
Returns & exchanges
- You can return or exchange any unopened, sealed product within 30 days of delivery.
- For hygiene and safety, we can't accept opened or used products unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
- Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Damaged, leaking or wrong item?
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the parcel and product.
- We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including delivery charges. You won't need to send anything back unless we ask.
How to return
- Email us at info@theskinsoil.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Pack the sealed product securely with a copy of your invoice.

Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.
- Return courier costs and original delivery charges are not refundable, except for damaged, leaking or wrong items.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. Card and wallet payments are refunded to the original payment method.
